ISEE 2021, August 23-26 - Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission is open for the 33rd Annual Conference of the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology / ISEE 2021. You can now contribute to our exceptional program by sharing your latest findings with colleagues from all around the world.

 

Abstract Submission Deadline: March 19, 2021

 

The conference is hybrid, hosted by Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, New York, United States with the theme "Promoting Environmental Health and Equity in a Shifting Climate."

Policy Committee Open Meeting

 

ISEE Advocacy Role in 2021 and Beyond

 

All ISEE members are invited to participate in an Open Meeting hosted by the Policy Committee on March 26, 10-11:30 am ET (find your local time here).

 

The ISEE is seeking to define its future role in advocacy to best serve its members and to see what resources are needed to be put in place for that purpose. See the agenda for details and program information. Register here.

Virtual Short Courses on COVID-19 and the Environment

 

Register by March 30

 

The Capacity Building and Education Committee (CAPE) is organizing a free four-session virtual course on COVID-19 and the Environment. The course will provide a certificate for those who attend all sessions and registration is required. The dates are April 13, 15 and April 20, 22, from 10 am – 2 pm ET (find your local time here).

ISEE Draft Strategic Plan

Your Feedback is Requested

 

The ISEE Executive Council welcomes your feedback on the draft ISEE Strategic Plan for 2021-2024. The draft was developed based on input from a SWOT analysis completed by ISEE leadership in early 2020 and a member survey completed in fall 2020.

 

Please review the draft plan, and provide feedback to the ISEE Secretary/Treasurer, Michelle Turner, by March 31.
