Annual General Membership Meeting
Tuesday, August 19, 12:55pm-1:55pm
The 2025 Annual General Membership Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 19, at 12:55pm-1:55pm EDT, in room Regency V. You will be able to pick up your lunch from the conference and bring it to the room for the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting serves as an opportunity for members to hear from ISEE leadership, learn about all of ISEE's activities from the past year, future initiatives, share your feedback, and celebrate society volunteers. All ISEE members are encouraged to attend. |

Chapter and Committee Meetings
Several ISEE Chapters and Committees have scheduled meetings during the conference. A complete listing of these meetings, including their location, can be found here. If you are not a current or active member in a chapter or committee that interests you, now is the time to check them out and learn more!

Special Interest Group Meetings
Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are intended to provide a venue for ISEE members to network with other colleagues with similar interests and to provide a forum to discuss relevant topics. A complete listing of these meetings, including their location, can be found here. If you are not a current member in a Special Interest Group, but would like to get involved, attend their early morning session for more information.

| 2025 Dan Greenbaum Memorial Keynote Lecture Sunday, August 17, 4:15pm
This year marks the launch of the Dan Greenbaum Memorial Keynote Lecture. The inaugural lecture will be delivered by C. Arden Pope III, MS, PhD, Mary Lou Fulton Professor of Economics, Brigham Young University. The lecture, "Air Pollution Epidemiology: Promises and Challenges," will be delivered on Sunday, August 17 at 4:15pm in Centennial Ballroom.

2025 John Goldsmith Award and Lecture Tuesday, August 19, 9:00am
We are delighted to share that the 2025 John Goldsmith Awardee is Andrea Baccarelli, MD, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The Goldsmith Lecture, "Liquid Biopsies for Environmental Health - Leveraging Bloodborne Extracellular Vesicles to Assess Exposure and Risk," will be delivered on Tuesday, August 19 at 9:00am in Centennial Ballroom. |

ISEE Award Ceremony and SNRN Awards Wednesday, August 20, 8:00am
Celebrate the 2025 award winners at the award ceremony. Awards given will include the Best Environmental Epidemiology Paper Award, the Rebecca James Baker Award, the Tony McMichael Mid-Term Career Award, the announcement of the new ISEE Fellows, and the LMIC Best Abstract Awards. ISEE SNRN awards will also be given out at this ceremony. |

ISEE Code of Conduct
Each year, ISEE requires all conference attendees to agree to, and abide by, our code of conduct at the annual conference. ISEE is committed to fostering a welcoming environment that is safe, collaborative, and productive for dialogue and discovery for all participants. ISEE strives to create an equitable environment where diverse voices are active in all aspects of our society. The full code of conduct can be found online.
Any attendee who feels that there has been a violation of the code of conduct, and wishes to make a report can do so by emailing secretariat@iseepi.org. |
