The ISEE 2024 scientific committee is currently seeking oral and poster session chairs for the ISEE 2024 conference program!
This opportunity is open to anyone who would like to attend and actively participate in our conference. If you’re interested in volunteering as a chair, please fill out this form. When completing the volunteer form, you will be able to indicate your primary interest (oral, poster, or both!) and attendance type (in-person or remote). The deadline to submit this form is May 20th.
Volunteer chair slots are available for both (oral and poster) in-person sessions to be held in Santiago, Chile, and remote sessions for virtual oral abstract presentations. Please note that the chair role does not come with any financial support for expenses, including registration, travel, or lodging. |

The European Respiratory Society (ERS) and the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE) have launched a new partnership which aims to encourage collaboration between members of each organisation related to respiratory and environmental health research along with education and advocacy.

Climate Action Pre-Conference Workshop at ISEE Conference in Chile
|
Do you wonder how to make the health voice heard in the urgent international action needed to mitigate climate change? How you can make a difference? During ISEE's 2024 conference in Chile, the faculty from the Policy Committee and associates, Mary Rice, George Thurston, Luis Abdon Cifuentes, and Kurt Straif together with Milena Sergeeva from the Global Climate and Health Alliance, are organizing a pre-conference workshop to answer these questions and to work together to develop effective strategies. Find out how the international climate conferences (COPs) work, how to access and connect with delegations, and how to influence the negotiations. Learn about and discuss research gaps and opportunities and the translation of evidence into policy at international, national and local levels. You are cordially invited to join us in moving the needle and making a difference! Register soon - places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
