ISEE 2022 Annual Conference
Final Countdown to Athens, Greece!
|
ISEE 34th Annual Conference Covid-19 Protocols
|
The International Society for Environmental Epidemiology aims to provide a safe environment at our 2022 Conference. This is the first planned Conference with in-person attendance since the 2019 Conference in Utrecht, The Netherlands. During the Conference period we will comply with any rules and regulations in force by the Greek state public health authorities and the City of Athens. These rules (based on past experience) may require the demonstration of vaccination certificates.
We will require that every participant provides a negative rapid test taken within 24 hours prior to the beginning of the Conference. Participants may choose to take one in their home country, or these tests are very easily obtained from any pharmacy in Athens at a cost of less than 10 euro.
Wearing N95, KN95, or KF94 masks will be required. Please bring your own masks. You may only briefly unmask to eat or drink. Oral presenters may remove their mask during their presentation period, but poster presenters should keep their masks on.
The above requirements are based on the current situation, but ISEE and the Local Organizers reserve the right to modify them depending on the epidemiological conditions as they develop between now and September 18th, as well as during the Conference.
As a public health Society, ISEE strongly recommends that all in-person participants of the Conference are fully vaccinated.
