“Strategies for Early Career Engagement in Science Advocacy”

In this webinar, Dr. Adriana Bankston, a federal government relations expert and scientific research and innovation advocate, will describe her career path and provide practical strategies for engaging with Congress and other policymakers to support scientific research. To this end, Dr. Bankston will also share tips on how trainees can effectively communicate their research to congressional staff and become more involved in science advocacy.
