Event Description

Mentoring is often recognized as the cornerstone of professional growth. But how do you build effective and sustainable mentoring relationships when no one teaches how?

Join SNRN/ISEE leaders for an honest conversation about mentoring in environmental health research: what works, what doesn’t, and what often goes unsaid across different career stages and cultural contexts. Let’s discuss how to align mentor-mentee expectations or feedback, communicate effectively, navigate conflict, and identify resources to build a mentoring network.
